Ingredients

  • Seasoning

    Refined Sugar 1/2 tablespoon
    Shoyu (Jananese soy sauce) 3 tablespoons
    Mirin (Sweet sake used in cooking) 1 tablespoon
    Stock Soup Powder 1/3 teaspoon
  • Chicken (Thigh)

  • Egg

    3 eggs

  • Onion

    100g

  • Wild Chervil (Mitsuba)

  • Water

    120 cc

  • Cooked Rice

How to Make

  • Step1

    Slice onion and mitsuba.

  • Step2

    Cut chicken to bite-size

  • Step3

    Crack eggs into the bowl, whisk roughly.

  • Step4

    Boil water in a pan by medium heat. When the water boils, add the chicken to it.

  • Step5

    When it boils again, lower the heat and scoop out the bubbles then add onion, sugar, shoyu, mirin, stock soup powder and boil about 2 minutes.

  • Step6

    Pour half whisked egg to the pan, cover the pan with a lid and boil about 40 seconds.

  • Step7

    Pour another half whisked egg but no covering, boil about 1 minute.

  • Step8

    Put it on cooked rice then put chili powder and mitsuba.
